Full-body red light therapy, front and back simultaneously - saving you time! This is one of the things that makes Revive special! You'll stand between two sets of our premium PlatinumLED BIOMAX PRO Ultra panels, treating your entire front and back simultaneously in just 7-12 minutes. No need to turn around or double your treatment time. It's not the kind of setup most people have at home! This is my personal favourite session! I love that I can target my neck, scalp and hair, face, chest, knees and all those sore muscles from playing pickleball, golf and training at the gym or Peachy HIIT. It's such a convenient way to give your whole body some TLC in one quick session. Our Standing Front & Back red light panels reach a height of 188cm from the floor to the top of the lights. (Taller clients are welcome too, although some areas may sit outside the direct light coverage.) What to Expect During Your Session You'll stand comfortably between the front and back panels while I adjust the distance to suit your treatment goals and comfort level. You will feel some warmth from the lights during this session. I'll make sure you're positioned at a comfortable distance to begin with, and as you become more familiar with red light therapy, you may find you get used to the gentle heat. Everyone's heat tolerance is different, so please let me know if you feel too warm. We can always adjust your distance or shorten your session. Towels and wet wipes are provided if you're someone who tends to work up a sweat! Close your eyes, pop on your favourite podcast or music, or simply enjoy a few minutes of peace and quiet. Your session lasts approximately 7- 12 minutes in total, depending on how often you visit, your goals and comfort level. How Often Should You Visit? We recommend a minimum of twice ✌️a week, with 3 - 5 sessions per week generally ideal for a consistent red light therapy routine. Full-body red light therapy, front and back, all in one session.
